Loanfund’s policy applies to Loanfund Financial Corp. and its subsidiaries and affiliates including, but not limited to, Americo Capital Holdings (doing business in most states as Loanfund Exchange), and Americo Capital Holdings (individually and collectively "Loanfund", "us", "we", "our" or "affiliates"). This Privacy Notice applies to consumer relationships you may have with Loanfund. It does not apply to business relationships.

We respect your privacy. We know it’s important to keep your financial information accurate, up-to-date, and confidential. You have our assurance that we will do our utmost to handle your financial information with discretion and care. From time to time, we may share personal information with an affiliate or a nonaffiliated third party in order to deliver products and services that you have requested or to provide you with information about products or services that may interest you.

We’re committed to keeping your information secure. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Information we collect. To match you with the financial services best suited for you, we collect and use publicly available information, as well as nonpublic personal information, so that we can deliver better products and services to you and provide you with information about other products and services that might benefit you. If two or more consumers jointly obtain a financial product or service from us, you will receive a single Privacy Notice and any one of the joint consumers may exercise the right to opt out.

If you have a mortgage, a manufactured housing loan or an insurance relationship with Loanfund Inc., we will automatically treat an opt out direction by one joint consumer as applying to all of the joint consumers associated with that product or service.

If you have a deposit account (including safe deposit box) relationship, each joint consumer is permitted to opt out separately or one joint consumer may opt out on behalf of all joint consumers associated with that product or service. However, the joint consumer opting out on behalf of other joint consumer(s) must provide us with the information requested on the Reply Form about the other joint consumer(s), including name, address, phone number and social security number.

If you wish to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may complete the Opt Out Reply Form attached to this Privacy Notice and mail it to the address provided. If you have products with multiple Loanfund affiliates, you may receive a Privacy Notice from each affiliate. Each affiliate may provide a different method of opting out. Please make sure to contact each affiliate with which you have a relationship. Note: an opt out direction as to a banking or loan relationship will also apply to your insurance relationship with Loanfund Agency, Inc., if applicable. Be advised that your opt out will take effect as soon as reasonably practicable.

Information we disclose to service providers or joint marketing partners. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform services on our behalf or to other financial institutions and nonaffiliated third parties with whom we have joint marketing agreements. Your right to opt out does not apply to information we may disclose pursuant to this paragraph. Privacy Notices provided to consumers who do not have the right to opt out may not have the Reply Form attached to the Notice.

Your right to opt out from sharing information with affiliates.

What Information: Unless you tell us not to, Loanfund may share with companies in our corporate family consumer report type information about you including:

• Information we obtain from your application, such as your income or your marital status;
• Information we obtain from a consumer report, such as your credit score or credit history;
• Information we obtain to verify representations made by you, such as your open lines of credit;
• Information we obtain from a person or entity regarding its employment, credit, or other relationship with you, such as your employment history.

• Financial service providers, such as banks, mortgage bankers, and insurance agents.

In addition, corporate affiliates are permitted to share consumer report type information with each other as long as the information is not used or collected in whole or in part to serve as a factor in establishing your eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or any other legally permitted purpose.

Keeping You Informed. This Privacy Notice is effective June 1, 2001. This Privacy Notice supersedes any previously issued Privacy Notice or Policy. From time-to-time we may make changes to our Privacy Notice. We will notify you if we do so.
